Central Coast school bus changes from Monday 29 June

From Monday 29 June, we'll be making some changes to school bus services across the Central Coast.

Transport for NSW will roll out a range of service changes to improve the timetable and efficiency of school services. ​

The changes are designed to deliver more reliable journeys, better on-time running, and closer alignment with school bell times, while supporting stronger connections across the network. 

More than 32 schools will benefit from timetable changes, which will be delivered by Red Bus CDC NSW.

Service changes by route

The following services will be changing:

  • S730 Tuggerah Lakes SC, Tumbi Umbi to Terrigal HS will be replaced by S727​ Tuggerah Lakes SC, The Entrance to Terrigal HS.

The following services will no longer operate as there are alternate routes:

  • S732 Bateau Bay to Tuggerah Lakes SC, The Entrance via Roberta St & Cresthaven Av
  • S738 Ourimbah PS to Tuggerah PS
  • S784 Wyong Station to Central Coast Steiner School
  • S665 Tuggerah Lakes SC, The Entrance to Tuggerah Lakes SC, Tumbi

Changes to route path:​

  • S603 Bateau Bay PS to Bateau Bay Killarney Vale and Tumbi Rd
  • S604 Berkeley Vale PS to Bateau Bay
  • S622 Erina Heights PS to Central Coast Grammar School via Matcham & Wamberal
  • S727 Tuggerah Lakes SC, The Entrance to Terrigal HS
  • S748 Bateau Bay to Central Coast Steiner School via Springfield & North Gosford
  • S763 Tuggerah LakesSC, Berkeley Vale to St Peters Catholic College via Chittaway Bay
  • S779 Tuggerah Lakes SC, Tumbi Umbi to Central Coast Rudolf Steiner School
  • S777 Wyong Station to TLK Alesco School
  • S612 Central Coast Grammar School to The Entrance North
