World Cup live site - Darling Harbour
Sydney football fans can come together at the free live site in Tumbalong Park, Darling Harbour to watch the 2026 FIFA World Cup men's matches live on the big screen. This free public event is screening all the finals series matches right through to the big final. Plan your trip by public transport.

AFL: GWS Giants v Geelong Cats
Sydney Olympic Park will be busy on Saturday 11 July with the Giants taking on the Geelong Cats in the AFL at ENGIE Stadium, alongside an NRL Bulldogs clash at Accor Stadium at the same time. Ticketholders are encouraged to plan ahead. Match tickets include travel on public transport. Trackwork is taking place along the City Circle

Sydney Bus disruptions due to industrial action
Transport for NSW has been advised of planned industrial action by the Rail, Tram and Bus Union (RTBU) which may affect some bus services across the Northern Beaches and lower North Shore from 12:01am on Monday 6 July until 23:59pm on Friday 10 July.
Additional afternoon school bus service for Lithgow and Hartley students
From Monday 20 July, an additional temporary school bus will improve afternoon school bus journeys for students travelling between the upper Blue Mountains and Lithgow and Hartley.
