Report a safety or security concern
Unattended Bags or antisocial behaviour should be reported to staff if available or by calling 131 500 or in emergency situations dial 000.
Reports for national security concerns should be reported to the National Security Hotline on 1800 123 400.
To report a major road incident or hazard call 131 700.
Report a pothole or damaged road
If you have concerns about a pothole in your area, the best way to report it is to submit your information via the Customer Feedback form.
If the road is managed by council, Transport for NSW will pass the information on to the relevant teams so they can assess the damage.
